Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 medium, finely chopped onion
- 3 cloves, minced garlic

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small, oval-shaped meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook the meatballs for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches.
- Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the Turkish meatballs with rice, salad, and pita bread, drizzled with yogurt or a tomato-based sauce, if desired.
