Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 medium (grated) cucumber
- 2 cloves (minced) garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon (chopped) dill
- 1 tablespoon (chopped) mint

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt with grated cucumber.

- Chill the cacik in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
